WHY WE TOYOTA!

Simply put, “Why We Toyota!” is so we can get to the most remote of off-grid backcountry adventures. Ironically the name of this YouTube series is called “Off-Grid Backcountry Adventures” and while Brian Galyon is pursuing the epic of adventures, he is getting to his locations via his Toyota Tacoma 4X4. If you love winter camping in the snow with a wood-burning tent, with a trusty four-legged sidekick, then Brians video series is jam packed with adventure for you when you yourself are not able to make it out! While the majority of our weekends are not adventure filled, Mr. Galyon is more often than not, living the adventure life for us! But it was not always the “adventure dream life way” for Brian either…
TORN INSIDE – JOURNAL ENTRY FROM JANUARY 19TH, 2019
“I’m regularly conflicted these days. I go back and forth between thinking about a return to the Corp World (in some capacity) or continuing on with my vagabond path. I’ve always been confident in my decisions but honestly have no idea what to do at the moment. I feel as though I’m running to stand still as things don’t seem to be gaining traction…”

About: Off-Grid Backcountry Adventures
“Hello, my name is Brian Galyon and I have been camping full-time in my 4×4 Tacoma since July 5th, 2015. I decided to ditch my former Corporate Life due to all the stress and sleepless nights I encountered from the rat race. Traveling full-time has been such an incredible experience and through this channel I want to inspire others to do the same. My videos provide insight into all aspects of 4×4 vehicle travel and offer advice on what gear to use to help make your adventures comfortable. If you have any questions on my videos then please add a comment and I’ll do my best to get back to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that I spend about 2-3 weeks per month off-grid so my response time may be somewhat slow but I do promise to respond to each inquiry. For additional information on my efforts, please check out my website at OffGridBackcountryAdventures.com.”
