This is the full Rear Disc Brake Kit to convert the drum-brake semi-float rear axle (6 X 5.5) to disc brakes for FJ40, FJ45 and FJ55 Toyota Land Cruisers; primarily found on an European axle flange bolt pattern noted in the diagram below. Comes with OR with-out parking brake, also with optional Dimpled & Slotted Rotors. This Rear Disk Brake Kit fits most 15-inch and larger disc brake style of wheels (not drum), when converting from drum to disk.

You will need to cut and re-flair your existing hard brake line or bend new ones. These are not supplied. If you are choosing the Parking Brake Option, cables are NOT supplied and are only custom made by Control Cable Co. (see info at bottom of page).

When adding the PARKING BRAKE OPTION, parking brake cables should be custom made when changing to the parking brake caliper. The parking caliper cable pulls to the front of the vehicle, not sideways like the stock cable. You will need to have cables made to go from the front and connect to your parking brake cable that comes back to the cross-member. Failure to do this will result in the new parking brake calipers getting out of adjustment.
