Red Line 2.5” FJ40 Lift Kit – RL2000 for Toyota 40-Series Land Cruiser

We know you have choices from reputable brands when purchasing a suspension kit for your FJ40 Land Cruiser. But we have painstakingly taken on the task of making the best ride quality from leaf springs, in a 2.5″ lift kit that is 100% specifically designed for the FJ40 Land Cruiser.
This project is a significant milestone for Red Line Land Cruisers, as we are a passionate service shop dedicated to the development of the 40-Series Land Cruiser and its suspension. We refused to compromise on quality or leave our customers with overly stiff suspension solutions. We’re proud to present a superior leaf spring package explicitly tailored for FJ40 enthusiasts!
Our collaborative efforts have yielded, and exceeded even our most ambitious goals, shall we say, a groundbreaking 2.5″ Lift Kit for the FJ40 Land Cruiser! This system sets a new performance and ride quality standard, delivering an unmatched on/off-road experience. We truly believe in it! Take us up on a test-ride first!
If you wish to “pre-test” this exceptional FJ40 ride quality, fly into Colorado Springs, Colorado (COS). We will provide airport pickup and a test ride in our FJ40. Please call us at 719.638.2003 to arrange the details. Our 2.5″ Ultimate Lift Kit will exceed your expectations and enhance your FJ40’s performance.

With the RL2000 2.5″ FJ40 Lift Kit, you will notice there are “Driver Side” leaf springs and “Passenger Side” leaf springs as indicated on the springs. The “1D” and “1P” refer to the rear springs, with the heavier versions being designated as “2D” and “2P.” (See weight classes below).
The Front Springs are indicated as “FD” for the front driver’s side and “FP” for the front passenger’s side.

COMMERCIAL ADDRESS: LOADING DOCK OR FORKLIFT ONLY!!!
To save money on shipping, consider researching a commercial address to ship your lift kit from. The lift kit ships via pallet, and the commercial address should have either a “level to trailer” loading dock or a forklift. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EITHER – DO NOT CLAIM “COMMERCIAL ADDRESS!” The shipping company will back-charge $350 for “Lift Gate Use!”
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY
If you require residential delivery, please let us know, and we will provide you with an estimated shipping quote. However, please note that the lift kit will be metal band-strapped to the pallet and weigh approximately 350 lbs. Lift Kit pallets will be delivered by a large freight truck, which typically drops the pallet at the side of the road or driveway. Think “18-wheeler,” and the driver will not back down your driveway. We wish to make the order process as smooth as possible.

The front U-Bolt kit consists of three short (regular) U-bolts and one long U-bolt with large flange acorn nuts.
