Some of you/us are traditionalists and want the original bolt, like an FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser, when restoring something special. This is the Manual Transmission Plug for such a task. Technically, this is the “fill side” plug, and the RL1169-A/B would be the “drain side” plug. But that requires having both a 17mm and 24mm wrench. Sometimes, we like a little “resto-mod” when it simplifies service. With that, we are not mad if you use the magnetized RL1231 10mm Hex Plugs.
This Manual Transmission Plug Kit (RL1232) comes as a two-pack with two plugs and two gaskets.
