FJ40 4WD GEAR SHIFTING INSTRUCTIONS PANEL For Toyota Land Cruiser Replaces: 74531-60161 • RL1006.A (SN2-15)

Looking for that authentic flavor while complementing our FJ40 Billet Knob Kit? We’ve made these FJ40 glove box Gear Shifting Instruction Panels from aluminum, anodized, and laser etched.
We know the FJ40 is not your daily driver, and just in case you forget your transmission and T-case shift patterns, we’ve replicated the factory Toyota-style 4WD shifting instructions that were initially placed on the glove box so your co-pilot can read the fine details and verbally communicate the instructions to you. This is excellent reading material for our young, first-time 4WD little wheelers!

The original plaques are sheet metal with screen-printed ink over the top. The Red Line Land Cruisers version is a modern twist as these resto-mod plaques are made from laser cut aluminum, anodized black, and then laser engraved for a factory-quality finish.
Toyota has discontinued the 74531-60161 40-Series Transfer Caution Plate. We remade these for our in-house customer’s vehicles with the resto-mod’s and restoration work we’ve performed over the years. These FJ40 Gear Shift Instructions Panels are cut from aluminum, anodized black, and laser etched. The FJ40 Gear Shifting Instructions panel will be very happy on the dash (glovebox) of your FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser.

Over the years, we’ve found that restoring and rebuilding Land Cruisers for clients has brought us to the point where custom dash layouts and textiles are, more often than not, needed to produce a “one-off” visual aspect for certain custom builds, especially ones where knobs are added for a compressor, front locker, rear locker or other accessories.
