This is a 1FZ-FE factory Toyota distributor cap and rotor made by DENSO, Toyota’s OE supplier. Typically, you change the cap and rotor together, so we made it a kit. We recommend changing the cap and rotor every 60,000 miles. The Toyota 1FZ-FE Service manual does not specify interval changes for the rotor or cap, but recommends changing spark plugs every 45,000 miles. Due to the simplicy of changing and best practices of maintaining your 1FZ-FE engine, we’ve made the following service interval recommendations.

RLLC Recommended Service Intervals:
• Spark Plugs every 30,000-mile
• Cap and Rotor every 60,000 miles
• Spark Plug Wires every 90,000 miles
