Order Placement
Orders may be placed online or by phone call to Red Line Land Cruisers at (719) 638-2003. Red Line Land Cruisers business hours are 8AM to 5PM (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.

Shipping
ON-LINE ORDERS – WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF USA.
International orders must send request via email and will be on a case-by-case bases: info@redlinelandcruisers.com 

Return Policy
Red Line Land Cruisers gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise. Note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

  • Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
  • After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
  • After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and Garage Stock1 items.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts minus actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of shipments by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. 

In the event of loss or damage, you MUST:

1 – Retain all of the ORIGINAL PACKAGING from your shipment.

2 – Immediately notify Red Line Land Cruisers.

3 – Provide any supporting documentation and pictures requested by Red Line Land Cruisers.

Upon completion of the three requirements listed above, Red Line Land Cruisers will attempt to submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf.  Please note that Red Line Land Cruisers will make every attempt to provide consolation to our customers in the event of loss or damage, but such consolation is not guaranteed.

Payment
All credit card payments on the website are processed through PayPal.  All orders must be paid in full before delivery, no exceptions. Colorado residents will add sales tax. We do not offer Wire Transfers or CODs for purchases made through our website. Product Application
Off-road driving is inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. Many products sold by Red Line Land Cruisers are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Red Line Land Cruisers strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.
