HOW TO INSTALL: 1F SNIPER FUEL LINE KIT – WITHOUT OIL COOLER • RL1075-A/B
1F SNIPER FUEL LINE KIT INCLUDES:
2] Fuel Lines CNC shaped specifically for Holley Sniper on 1F Toyota Engine (Feed & Return)
2] Fuel Line Tabs
2] Fuel Line Separators
1] 45-bend A/N fitting (between Sniper Return and Fuel Line)
Lets start the installation of your 1F Sniper Fuel Lines. Locate all the items and lay them out so you have easy access and to make sure you have everything you need to complete the task.
Front Side Fuel Line Tab – Sniper Fuel Line Installation
Starting at the top-front of the 1F engine, you will unbolt one of the bolts on the lower water housing so be prepared for water leak. This may be a good time to sort a new thermostat and gaskets if yours is old. On the Fuel Line tab, note the “bend orientation” of the tab and replace the water housing bolt through the Fuel Line Tab. Torque the bolt per the FSM specification or roughly 28-ft-lbs.
Pass-Side Fuel Line Tab – Sniper Fuel Line Installation
Locate the top bolt of the engine mount bracket and Install the Red Line Fuel Line Tab horizontally with the bend offset outwards away from the engine.
Loosely Place the Return Fuel Line Into Position
Locate both the Return Line and the 45-bend A/N fitting as you will loosely mount and position the Return Line first.
The 45-A/N fitting will connect Sniper Return fitting and Fuel Line fitting.
With the A/N threads oiled, loosely mount the fittings together.
Loosely Place the Feed Fuel Line Into Position
After oiling the A/N fittings, orientate the Feed Line across the engine and loosely connect the A/N fittings. Light tool oil or regular 10/30 motor oil can be used to prevent galling of the aluminum AN fittings.
With your Feed Line in position, you can test fit your connection points. Do not tighten the AN fittings to the final tightness at this point as you will be adding the Fuel Line Separators in next and will want to keep everything loose.
Installing Lower Side Fuel Line Separator
The Line Separator has a threaded side and open through-hole side. Place the bolt through the Line Separators and thread them together capturing the fuel lines. Snug them, but do not tighten to final torque.
You will notice the bolt is long enough to push through the Fuel Line Tab and you will loosely thread the nyloc nut into the through bolt.
Top-Side Fuel Line Separator Installation

Repeat the process as you did on the lower line separator.
Move, position, sort the fuel lines into a “relaxed placement” and start by tightening Allen bolt of the lower Line Separator, including the Nyloc nut on the backside.
Do the final tightening of the Allen bolt of the upper Line Separator, including the Nyloc nut on the backside.
Snug up the A/N Fuel Line fittings to the Sniper Headunit’s A/N fittings. Yes, we are using aluminum adjustable wrenches for the aluminum fittings. Double-Triple check all your connections as these are fuel lines we are working with! If you are not confident in your work, please consult a professional mechanic.
FACTORY ENGINE HOOK & 2F ALTERNATOR BRACKET
The RL1077 1F SNIPER FUEL LINE KIT fits in and around the factory Toyota F-Series Engine Hook and 2F Alternator Bracket. Yes, we said “2F” Alternator bracket as we are using higher output alternators to carry the additional load of the Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and additional electronic accessories.
